great breakfast but noisy road

The cooked full English breakfast was excellent, tasty, and beautifully presented. The communal dining area provided an enjoyable way to mingle with other guests. Our Double Room was cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day.

since they obviously couldn't provide kids' channels for my children, I woudl ve been thrilled with a simple soap shelf in the shower, but alas, that was too much to ask. there was also barely any storage space—what is this, a closet for ants? I almost considered giving a good review but just couldn’t, honestly.

I was extremely frustrated with the noise from the busy road below. Despite the cozy vibe of the room, the lack of a small fridge was disappointing, especially during the hot weather. I found the cleanliness of the shower to be quite unpleasant, which added to my discontent during my stay.

cleaver cottage is super comfy, loved the bed and the breakfast was amazin! a nice strong pot of coffee to start the day was perfect. the old-school decor is kinda quaint and adds character, made me feel at home. great location for heading to andover, and the hosts are really chill and welcoming.
